Prepared for Dr. Sara Reardon · The Vagina Whisperer · July 2026

Expert care for your email, too.

One operator. Your voice. A calmer program, at a lower cost than three contractors. This page lays out exactly how I'd run email for The Vagina Whisperer, what it costs, and what happens next.

Yes, the headline borrows your line. Voice is the whole job, so I figured I'd start by proving I've been paying attention.

Where you are today

A well-oiled machine that costs too much to keep oiled

Roughly 20 sends a month: content emails, app sales, monthly live Q&A funnels, post-event promos, member emails, and launches. The work is good. The overhead is the problem: three contractors, three handoffs, three invoices, and you as the project manager holding it all together.

Consolidation shouldn't mean starting over. It should mean keeping the output and the voice, and removing the coordination tax.

One conductor, under one roof
Strategy, copy, design, build, deliverability, and reporting, with AI handling the heavy lifting and me steering every word.

The Conductor Method

You can tell when AI writes it. That's exactly the point.

You said it yourself: AI copy sounds like AI. Agreed. Unconducted AI produces generic, voiceless email. That's why the model here isn't "AI writes your emails." It's "AI plays the instruments, and a twenty-year brand strategist conducts." The efficiency comes from AI. The voice comes from the conductor.

1. The voice score

Before anything sends, I build a Vagina Whisperer voice guide from ten years of your Instagram, blog, and email archive: your phrases, your humor, your frankness, your boundaries. Every draft is measured against it.

2. Conducted drafting

AI produces the raw material fast. I rewrite, cut, and re-tune until it reads like you wrote it on a good day. Nothing goes out that I wouldn't put my name on, and nothing goes out that sounds like a LinkedIn bio.

3. Your final cut

You approve every campaign before it sends, on a simple calendar you can see at a glance. Over time, approvals get faster because the voice gets tighter. That's the goal: less of your time, not more.

"A conductor doesn't play every instrument. He makes them sound like one piece of music."

Proof, not promises

Here's what conducted sounds like

Two unsolicited samples, written on spec for your monthly live Q&A funnel. If these don't sound like your brand, I'd rather know on this page than three weeks into a contract.

From: Dr. Sara · The Vagina Whisperer

Your pelvic floor has questions. Bring them Thursday.

Live Q&A with Dr. Sara. Real answers, zero blushing required.

Hi {{FIRSTNAME}},

Some questions feel too awkward for a waiting room. "Is it normal to pee a little when I laugh?" "Why does sex hurt now when it didn't before?" "Is this just what postpartum feels like... forever?"

Not awkward here. This Thursday I'm going live to answer your pelvic floor questions, anonymously if you'd like, alongside this month's guest expert.

Bring the question you've been sitting on. That's usually the one somebody else needed answered too.

Save my seat

— Dr. Sara

Sample · SMS reminder (new channel)
Hi {{FIRSTNAME}}, it's Dr. Sara 👋 Our live pelvic floor Q&A starts in 1 hour. Come ask the question you'd never ask out loud: [link]

Sent 1 hour before the live Q&A · avg. SMS reminders lift webinar show-up rates meaningfully vs. email alone

Missed last night's Q&A? Replay is up for 48 hours, plus your V-Hive coupon inside: [link]

Post-event promo · drives replay views and app trials

SMS is the single biggest untapped channel in your current program, and your monthly Q&A funnel is the perfect place to start. More on that below.

Track record

Brands like yours trust me behind the dashboard

Twenty years in retention marketing: email, SMS, and loyalty, with a specialty in health, wellness, and education brands built around a trusted expert. A relevant pair:

Women's brand · Retention design

Honeylove

Fractional retention lead for a ten-figure women's shapewear brand. The first automation I built became one of the brand's top revenue drivers within weeks, and I was brought on to run retention as the brand scaled.

Relevant to you because Honeylove's email is design-forward, brand-voice-sensitive, and speaks to women about intimate topics with warmth instead of cringe. That's your lane too.

Email + SMS design and strategy for a 10-figure women's brand

Expert-led education · ActiveCampaign

Personal Development School

Founder-led education brand (attachment theory) with one of the largest email lists in the personal development category. I run their email program end to end on ActiveCampaign: deliverability strategy, migration, automations, and campaigns.

Relevant to you because it's the same shape as your business: a trusted expert founder, a content engine, webinar-style funnels, and a subscription product that email has to sell without burning out the list.

Full-service email management, 6M+ subscriber ecosystem

Also behind the dashboards of

  • Crappy Childhood Fairy
  • Dr. Mike Hansen
  • Mindfulness Exercises
  • Sugarbear
  • Levo

In email, no client of mine has ever lost money. And rather than describe the creative, here's real work from real inboxes:

Design-forward retention email for a women's brand: product education framed around a real customer complaint, not a discount. Scroll to see the full send.

The opposite discipline: a founder-voice letter for an expert-led education brand, complete with a one-tap segmentation survey that quietly builds the audience data behind future targeting. Same operator, completely different voice. That is the entire point. Scroll to read the full send.

Strategy: your value ladder

Email's real job: moving people up your ladder

I mapped your business as a value ladder: each rung a deeper relationship and a higher-value offer. Your content engine fills the bottom beautifully. Email and SMS are the machinery that moves people up. Like any real ladder, it climbs from the bottom, so start at the lowest rung and work your way up:

Rung 1 · FreeInstagram, blog, free guides, pelvic floor quiz
Email's job: capture. Six lead magnets and a quiz feeding welcome sequences that introduce Dr. Sara's voice and segment by life stage: pregnancy, postpartum, peri/postmenopause, pelvic pain.
Rung 2 · Low ticketFLOORED, the book
Email's job: warm. Book buyers are proven purchasers. A dedicated post-purchase path should bridge them straight to the free trial.
Rung 3 · TrialV-Hive free trial + monthly live Q&As
Email's job: convert. Trial nurture, Q&A invites, reminders (where SMS shines), and post-event coupon promos. This is the busiest, highest-leverage rung in your program.
Rung 4 · Core offerThe V-Hive app membership
Email's job: retain. Member onboarding, program spotlights (Flash 15, Barre Strong), win-back for lapsed trials and cancels. Retention email is where app businesses quietly win or lose.
Rung 5 · High ticket1:1 virtual consults
Email's job: elevate. Surface consults to your most engaged members and to segments whose quiz answers signal they need individual care.

Start here: everyone enters at the bottom rung

The point of the ladder: your ~20 emails a month aren't 20 separate tasks. They're one system with five jobs. That's why one conductor with full context beats three specialists with partial context, and it's what the audit would map in detail against your actual account data.

Scope of work

What full-service looks like, month to month

Every month

  • Up to 15 campaign sends (content, sales, Q&A funnel, member emails, launches) with copy, design, and build included
  • Monthly content calendar, planned with you in one short call
  • Automation upkeep and optimization: welcome, trial nurture, post-event, win-back
  • Deliverability monitoring so your emails actually reach inboxes
  • Plain-English monthly report: what sent, what sold, what's next

Built into the engagement

  • The Vagina Whisperer voice guide, built once, refined forever
  • Design system in ActiveCampaign matching your existing brand templates
  • Launch and sale support planned into the calendar, not billed as surprises
  • You approve everything before it sends
  • One person to message. One invoice. Zero coordination overhead.

The opportunity you're not using yet: SMS

Your monthly live Q&A is a textbook SMS use case: event reminders sent an hour before going live reliably lift attendance, and higher attendance means more post-event coupon redemptions and app trials. Once the email program is humming, adding an SMS layer for Q&A reminders, replay links, and launch moments is the highest-leverage expansion available to you. And it lives under the same roof, same conductor, no new contractor.

Next steps

A careful path in, on your terms

You were rightly careful on our first call about confidentiality and about your current team. This process is built around both.

1

Mutual NDA

Before I see a single contact record, we sign a mutual NDA. Your list, your numbers, and your people's names stay protected, including from my own marketing.

2

Independent audit: $2,000

A standalone, fixed-fee audit of your ActiveCampaign account: deliverability, automations, segmentation, and revenue concentration. Access is added as a third-party auditor, which is a normal, low-drama way to bring in an outside review. The audit is yours to keep, whatever you decide next. If we move forward, the full $2,000 is credited against month one.

3

Decide with data

We review the audit together. If the findings support consolidation, we plan a transition that keeps every send on schedule. If not, you have an expert map of your account either way.

Grab time with me

Pick any slot that works. We'll cover the audit, the NDA, and whatever questions this page raised.
